Mình cần nghe xem reflective journal phải có gì đầu tiên
=> Biết đáp án sắp tới khi nghe “To start with, what should be included first in the reflective journal?"
Đầu tiên thấy nhắc đến “ Perhaps suggestions from others?”
Tuy nhiên ở câu sau giáo sư đã nói là “No no”
=> Loại đáp án C 
Tiếp theo nghe "firstly you should include the study goals you set yourself at the beginning of the module"
=> study goals = study aims
=> Đáp án là B
