Vĩnh Long Tragedy: Investigations into Fatal Accident and Subsequent Shooting

On September 4, 2024, 14-year-old student Nguyen Ngoc Bao Tran

lost her life in a traffic accident in Tra On District, Vinh Long Province. The incident involved a truck driven by Nguyen Van Bao Trung, who, while another vehicle, collided with Tran's electric bicycle, leading to her death.

In the aftermath, Tran's family, particularly her mother Nguyen Thi Hien, expressed dissatisfaction with the local authorities' handling of the case. They filed complaints
