Ví dụ: Car registrations underwent a substantial rise of over 26%, reaching 24 million in 2006 and solidifying their position as the most favored vehicle type.
2. Mệnh đề quan hệ rút gọn: SV1, which V2 => SV1, V2_ing
Ví dụ: Approximately 19 million cars were registered, making them the most popular means of transportation.
3. Cấu trúc tương phản

Ví dụ: Private cars witnessed the most dramatic increase, while motorcycles and lorries experienced a decline.
