One piece of good advice I gave was to a close friend who was struggling to decide whether to

. He was working in a role he didn’t enjoy but felt uncertain about leaving because of and fear of the unknown. He was torn between the comfort of familiarity and the potential for something better, and I could tell the situation was weighing heavily on him.

The advice I gave him was to

I wanted to remind him that taking risks is sometimes necessary to achieve bigger goals and
