Vietjet has apologized to passengers after many flights were delayed or canceled at Tan Son Nhat Airport and other airports on April 20 and 21. The airline explained that ground services were

from SAGS to Vietjet during a busy holiday period, which caused inside and outside the airport. The opening of 3 and bad weather at Noi Bai Airport also made the situation .
